2016 Harbin International Fashion Week Will Be Locked In Autumn And Winter Costumes.

Sponsored by the Harbin municipal government, the China clothing association and the China Fashion Designers Association, the opening ceremony of the 2016 Harbin International Fashion Week held by Harbin City Council for the promotion of Commerce and Hongbo business was held at the Red Square Art Museum in western city.
