Jiangsu'S Economic Growth Is Increasing By GDP.
According to the latest data, in 2008, Jiangsu's economy continued to maintain relatively rapid growth under the rapid economic environment at home and abroad, and the total GDP of the province exceeded 3 trillion yuan, an increase of about 12.5% over the previous year.
So far, the total GDP of 3 provinces has exceeded 3 trillion yuan, and the other two provinces are Guangdong and Shandong provinces.
The GDP growth rate of Guangdong and Shandong provinces in 2008 was 10.1% and 12.1% respectively.
The Jiangsu provincial government recently held a press conference to formally release the main economic indicators of Jiangsu in 2008.
In 2008, Jiangsu's total grain output reached 31 million 755 thousand tons, increasing production for five consecutive years.
Over the year, industrial enterprises above Designated Size have added 14759 billion yuan, and the growth rate has slowed down. However, for the first time in the whole society, funding for scientific and technological activities has exceeded 100 billion yuan, and the independent innovation capability of enterprises and the supporting role of advanced manufacturing industries have been further enhanced.
The development of service industry has accelerated, accounting for 38.5% of GDP.
The total investment in fixed assets reached 1 trillion and 500 billion yuan, an increase of 22.7%.
