Avoid Conflict With Leather City Of Haining, Zhongsheng Build Hanban Zero Center
After spending 600 million yuan on the acquisition of Tongxiang Leather City, Tang Xiaodan, general manager of Zhongsheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Zhongsheng group, exchanged visits with Haining leather city for the first time.
Recently, the company announced that it will build the largest wholesale and retail base for Korean clothing in Tongxiang.
Tongxiang leather city and Haining leather city have had a nationwide commercial war. The two sides had a sharp conflict on the billboard at the high speed crossing. Haining leather city also strongly demanded that some suppliers at the same time set up counters at Tongxiang leather city to withdraw.
Tongxiang leather city was originally developed by Shanghai developer poly treasure Real Estate Co., Ltd. and opened in September 2006. According to people familiar with the matter, it is willing to sell the shopping center located in prime locations, and it does not want to fight with Haining leather city again.
Tang Xiaodan said in an interview recently that he has signed a contract with more than 400 Korean clothing brands. The lease is usually 3 years, and the Korean Pavilion with the first more than 7000 square meters is scheduled to open in March next year.
A large part of these costumes first set foot in China.
Tang Xiaodan said that most of the costumes are more than 70% lower than that of department stores.
Due to the cancellation of the "May Day" holiday and the short holiday of the Qing Ming and Mid Autumn Festival, Tang Xiaodan believed that the future Yangtze River Delta region would be popular with short lines. So, in addition to the two phase of the upcoming expansion of Korean clothing brand and the biggest Han Guocheng in East China, Zhongsheng plans to build a large commercial tourist property near the Tongxiang leather city.
"It is not easy to disclose details now, but it is certain that this is the largest investment project Zhongsheng has in Zhejiang."
