The contract was established in Hunan Dasheng textile and Garment Co., Ltd. and Yongzhou Desheng textile and Garment Industrial City Co., Ltd., with a total planned land area of 1000 mu, with a total investment of more than 1 billion RMB yuan, annual sales income of more than 3 billion yuan, and annual tax revenue of more than 120 million yuan.

The company will rely on the resource advantages of group products, talents, land and so on to implement business investment and investment promotion, and establish more than 60 enterprises to introduce spinning, weaving, clothing and accessories manufacturing to create textile and garment industrial city.

The project will be invested in two phases. The first phase of the project will be completed by the end of 2015. The plant area will be 100 thousand square meters, the dormitory area will be 40 thousand square meters, the sales revenue will be 1 billion, and the tax revenue will be 40 million yuan.

The second phase covers an area of 600 mu and plans to invest 700 million yuan. By 2018, the annual income will be more than 30 yuan, and the tax will be more than 120 million yuan.

This year, the company plans to invest 20 million yuan to build 12 lines of 1 million 500 thousand production lines of adult jeans, officially put into operation in July.
