"Now we can only say that we have just figuring out the way of recycling."

Talking about the past year

The worst feeling of Chen Xiuyun and Wu Qingzhuang's two college students is that it is difficult to accept "tattered" life.

Many things are not as simple as they originally thought.

The role is not as great as expected, and most businesses still have to run outside by themselves.

In September 2009, Chen Xiuyun, who graduated from Hainan Normal University not long ago, and Wu Qingzhuang, who had not yet graduated, founded the first Hainan waste acquisition website "Hainan scrap net".

A 90 square meter workshop built with bamboo sticks and asbestos tiles is the warehouse and home of these two pioneering students.

Chen Xiuyun said that the former warehouse was a small tile house borrowed from friends, with a small area and some people living in it.

The area is large and the rent is cheap.

"Put a high and low bed here, put up a mosquito net, pull a net line, can sleep, browse website information, do not need to find another place.

Anyway, they are running outside in the daytime, having a bath in the evening and returning to sleep here.

Chen Xiuyun felt that the lack of liquidity would save the province.

Wu Qingzhuang said with some concern that no one lives anywhere. The key is to have warehouses. After a year, the villages in Haikou are being built everywhere. The larger warehouse is hard to find. We haven't found it for months after finding it.

The rent is about 800 yuan a month, and it will expire in 3 months if it is signed every year. I hope the landlord will not build a house, otherwise I really do not know where to go to find such a big place.

When it comes to the operation of the "Hainan waste collection network", Chen Xiuyun is embarrassed to say that only a small increase in income can ensure that the basic life is guaranteed.

After paying off the start-up funds borrowed from friends last year, there are about 40 thousand yuan of liquidity left in hand, and it is difficult to expand the scale and scope of operation.

According to reports, from May this year, Hainan waste recycling market has been bad, a lot of pressure, the warehouse can not see anything.

Lack of funds and venues, lack of website popularity and less orders are the main bottlenecks restricting development.

In order to expand the popularity of the "Hainan waste collection network", Chen Xiuyun and Wu Qingzhuang posted posts and publicize waste nets in local forums at a time, although the effect was not very large, but some of them came from the Internet.

"Some time ago, when someone saw the information on the website, he telephoned us to say that there was a 66 ton pformer to deal with, so let's quote a price to participate in the bidding."

Wu Qingzhuang said, according to a ton of 7000 yuan, also need about 500000 yuan, we certainly can not do it, so look for the familiar big waste recycling station boss together to do, but ultimately still failed to win the bid, otherwise it can earn a lot of intermediary fees.

Chen Xiuyun believes that this year's "tattered" life has made him understand that "to be a broken South King of Shanghai" is not only to build a website, pick up the phone, and come to collect it so simply, there are still many things to learn, and the mode of operation and recycling of waste products must also be changed.

According to Chen Xiuyun, compared with the initial stage of their business, their pformation mainly includes: the main source of waste products is mainly from online orders, and the main source of stable supply is their own "running". The scope is expanded from waste newspapers and magazines to scrap iron, waste plastics and second-hand electrical appliances. The recycling objects also turn from residential residents to companies, doors and windows installation shops, engineering teams, small factories, etc.

Wu Qingzhuang feels that these changes come mainly from the constant familiarity and orientation of this line. At present, they mainly focus on customers with fixed sources and second-hand appliances.

After a long time, many of our peers and seniors came to know, and some small pieces of paper and dozens of bottles on the Internet were sold to those who specialize in retail.

Chen Xiuyun told reporters that although he planned to do this job, he was psychologically prepared and could really work. Only then did he find it hard to stand in this line. There were too many places to learn.

"Waste recycling is very dark. Some people deliberately cheat. They will be cheated if they are careless. Once someone sold us very fine sand as copper powder. If they hadn't learned how to distinguish copper powder from old hands before, they would have suffered a lot."

Wu Qingzhuang was afraid of raising this matter. More than 50 kilograms of copper powder cost thousands of dollars.

After this, in order to further understand the market, estimate the price of waste products, and distinguish dozens of plastic and metal varieties, Chen Xiuyun and Wu Qingzhuang practise on their own daily, and the two is to consult experienced colleagues through drinking tea.

Wu Qingzhuang said that due to lack of experience, he also suffered a lot.

Last month, an electrical appliance store found us through the waste net, saying that there were a number of electrical appliances cleared.

We have found more than ten friends, and have been loading and unloading the car for a whole night. Nearly 1000 pieces of electrical appliances have spent more than 30 thousand yuan. But due to the failure to finish the work in time, it has occupied a lot of liquidity and venues.

"Now that I have chosen this line, I will insist on it and support it at home."

Chen Xiuyun hoped that the government could bridge their bridges and help finance and link up some large junk suppliers.
