The park is located at the intersection of Beijing Taiwan Expressway and Lian Huo expressway. Xiaoxian is located at the junction of Beijing and Taiwan.

Last year, 13 groups of synthetic leather enterprises such as Wenzhou Ming Deli synthetic leather Co., Ltd. came to Xiaoxian for inspection. They signed a total investment of 3 billion 300 million yuan to build the Xiaoxian synthetic leather industrial park agreement. They built 140 synthetic leather production lines in the 1800 acres of the park. Since this year, Xiaoxian has actively built various platforms to speed up the construction progress of the land leveling and infrastructure in the park, so as to achieve the goal of investing 1 billion 500 million yuan and 48 production lines by the end of the year.

According to the person in charge of the County Economic Development Zone, after the completion of all the projects, the production capacity of the top grade synthetic leather can reach 230 million 400 thousand meters, and the annual sales income is 7 billion yuan.

In recent years, Xiaoxian has taken the initiative to undertake the industrial pfer of synthetic leather in the developed areas, accelerate the pformation of production mode and develop the "green synthetic leather" industry. Zhu Xinqi, the deputy county head in charge of industrial development, told the author: "although we started this industry late, we always put environmental protection first. When introducing enterprises, we must strictly introduce environmental protection access system. Enterprises that fail to meet the standards will never introduce them, nor do we want to increase the growth of GDP by polluting the environment."

It is understood that the county has also actively encouraged them to adopt new technologies and technologies for low-carbon production, and build the Xiaoxian synthetic leather industrial park as an important national production base for new and green synthetic leather.

For the development of the park, the county also actively applied to the provincial Party committee and the provincial government to apply for the relevant policy support for the Wanjiang City Belt undertaking industrial pfer demonstration area.

The county also vigorously introduced the development of upstream and downstream industries, extended the industrial chain, developed clothing, bags, furniture, shoemaking and other deep-processing industries, upgrading the industrial level.

Within 5 years, the total investment of the park will be about 5000000000 yuan, and 200 production lines will be built, with an annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan.
